Loss of Control!

For the first time in months I am out of control. I have been hungry all the time. Not the good hungry I get when I know I am on the right track. Insatiable hormone hungry where I could eat the paint chips from the walls. It started last weekend but culminated today in a snack fest. I tried to snack on fruit, nuts, etc. But the night ended in a giant burger and fries with s'mores for dessert. I have to stop this cycle. I got my bridesmaid back from the seamstress today and there is not one centimeter of leeway. Wedding next weekend. Tomorrow I will have to do some protein shakes and salads. Cleanse the system get up and running again.
