140.2 Pounds

I admit since hitting my goal weight I have gotten a bit lazy with my workouts. I still have some flab to remove and I know the weight will never stay off without the exercise. So this morning, after my protein shake I hopped back on the elliptical. I did my program with relative ease and felt great afterwards. THis afternoon before work I will do some swiss ball crunches and some weight training.

I am posting the first day of my menu plan.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal 1 cup
Milk 2 cups
fruit

Snack: yogurt

Lunch:
Veggie Burger
Wheat bread 2 slices
Mixed salad 2 cups
carrots+hummus 2 tb

Snack:
almonds 12

Dinner:
chicken 1 med piece
veggie stir fry 2 cups
Brown rice 1 cup

Snack:
Chocolate Milk-Fat Free
